First Day in Italy
Apparently our first day in Italy was a bit of a haze. Considering we took over a 1000 photos on the trip and apparently only managed to click three on our first day is pretty sad. The other two couples we were meeting to did not arrive until the evening of our first day. We were all incredibly jet lagged but managed a nice day in Chianti and picked up some groceries. We made dinner for everyone that first night. Here are the 3 pictures we took that day in all there glory:

First Night in Italy
Well this is the first in many posts I will have on Italy. We finally arrived in Florence at 2:00 pm but it felt like 6:00 am to us with a night of no sleep on the plane. We retrieved our rental car and proceeded to drive the 40 km to our villa at Borgo Sicello. The weather was slightly overcast but it could not hide the beauty that surrounded us.

We found our way to the villa, checked ourselves in, and then proceeded to have dinner at the restaurant across the street.

What an amazing meal....the food and the people were incredible. This was definitely going to be a life altering trip.

Amara and India
It has been far too long since I last posted but here it is. Trish and I have been so busy that it isn't even funny.
Here are a few shots of the girls to give you an idea of how they are progressing. They are truly little precious works of art in the making!!

Christmas in PG - 2007
What can I say....I love going home. This was an exceptional Christmas with all of the siblings being home. Also the weather was Christmas perfect. I could go on but I will let the pictures speak for themselves:

Decorating the Christmas Tree
This is a tradition that Trish has instituted and I have to say I like it. India loves it and it is a good excuse to drink :-).

India's Party Dress
For India's birthday this year she wanted a "princess party". In preparation for the party we had to get her a proper dress. A couple of days before the party, she just 'had' to model it:

India and Amara at the Beach
Well this is something we do not get to do much of anymore.....going to the beach. We really need to try to get there more often...there is no excuse living in Victoria. Trish took some fantastic photos...check them out:

Parent's Day at India's Dance Class
I was lucky enough to be able to attend this class with India where parents were allowed to come in and watch the class. She has been doing this for a year and obviously really enjoys it.
